Job Summary

Execute field service for ballast water treatment systems on board vessels, including commissioning, troubleshooting, installation inspection, and performance audits. Diagnose issues and report improvements, coordinating with the Global Marine Service Coordinator and Global Technical Specialist. Provide compliance service such as filter inspection/cleaning and water sampling, using PLC/instrumentation and control knowledge. Work remotely in the Northeast area, traveling by ship when needed to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute service jobs on board vessels assigned by the Global Marine Service Coordinator.
•Diagnose, solve, and report solutions and improvements, including when third-party equipment is involved.
•Provide troubleshooting autonomy across regional harbors and sail on a ship if needed until resolved.
•Install support and inspect newly installed PureBallast equipment onboard.
•Commission and recommission PureBallast ballast water treatment systems, including compliance service (filter inspection/cleaning, water sampling) and performance audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 37.5 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements
