Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs; convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
  • •Promote the company's loyalty program to encourage repeat sales and follow the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • •Maintain store standards, stay informed about brands, and educate customers on product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions.
  • •Balance the cash till, process payments, issue receipts/refunds, and ensure accuracy in POS transactions while following loss prevention policies.
  • •Replenish and re-merchandise stock, maintain inventory records, and uphold VM guidelines to optimize product presentation and promotions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and strong communication/interpersonal skills; previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
