Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product order forms, and supplier/customer/technology agreements, flagging risks early.
  • •Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear guidance for new product lines, including researching requirements and ensuring launch-ready compliance.
  • •Provide crisp, day-to-day legal advice to Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product, turning complex issues into actionable decisions.
  • •Support UK and cross-border compliance by coordinating filings and regulatory submissions and maintaining policies and training for inspections.
  • •Create and refine scalable legal infrastructure such as templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and best practices to streamline workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor in Spain (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
  • •Fluency in Spanish and strong professional English, both written and spoken.

  • •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects.
