Own end-to-end compensation and benefits programs for a fast-growing AI music company. Drive the annual compensation cycle, market benchmarking, and pay equity work, while leading open enrollment, renewals, and benefit plan administration. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end compensation cycle execution, including data maintenance, annual cycle changes, market benchmarking, and pay equity advocacy.
•Lead and manage benefits programs, including open enrollment, new hire and mid-year changes, broker relationship management, and renewals.
•Manage benefit audits and required filings (e.g., ACA, 5500) in partnership with brokers and external advisors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
•Design and deliver candidate and employee-facing communications, resources, and training for compensation and benefits programs.
•Partner with Finance, Talent, and HR Business Partners on headcount planning, leveling, performance management cycles, and compensation-related decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of compensation practices, including market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, leveling, and end-to-end compensation cycle execution.
•Proven ability to design employee communications, resources, and trainings that make complex topics clear and engaging.
•Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong employee experience lens and cross-functional collaboration experience.
