Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Determine whether customers have an appointment and record customer and vehicle details, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
  • •Control service traffic flow and parking, assist with loaner vehicles as needed, and park vehicles after write-up.
  • •Drive safely throughout the facility, report lot damage immediately, and retrieve vehicles for customer pick-up.
  • •Maintain a clean and safe service drive area and install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in serviced vehicles.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 hourly

  • •Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and have a valid driver license.
