Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inbound revenue end-to-end from first discovery call to signed agreement
  • •Lead discovery, strategy framing, proposal alignment, and close; maintain deal momentum from first conversation to signed agreement
  • •Design influencer programs by translating brand goals into platform mix, creator tiers, content formats, measurement frameworks, and realistic timelines
  • •Draw on campaign fluency and past campaigns, retail-specific programs, and performance data to answer questions on the spot
  • •Keep deals moving with value-added follow-ups and refined scope, not just circling back

Key Requirements

  • •Must have consultative, discovery-led sales skills with the ability to qualify and close deals with senior buyers
  • •Experience in influencer marketing, account management, strategy, or program planning, with a track record of converting opportunities
  • •Domain fluency across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and retailer-driven programs (Walmart, Sam's Club, Amazon)
  • •Ability to translate brand goals into concrete influencer programs, including platform mix, creator tiers, content formats, and measurement frameworks
  • •Strong executive-level communication and a bias toward action and measurable revenue outcomes
