Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, integrate, and maintain BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and process systems.
  • •Manage space planning including equipment layout, maintenance access, safety egress, and future expansion.
  • •Coordinate multi-system pipeline routing, elevation, and clash detection using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • •Lead regular space coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
  • •Review design changes and conduct pre-construction space feasibility checks, while preparing weekly progress reports and clash tracking summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years in semiconductor plant construction or large-scale MEP integration, or 3+ years in BIM Space Management.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/ACC.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems, pipeline coordination, clash detection, and layout review.
  • •Cleanroom project experience is a plus; preferred BIM-related credentials such as Autodesk Revit or Navisworks.
