Key Responsibilities

  • •Support engineering leadership prioritization and decision-making through portfolio planning, annual budgeting, quarterly commit processes, and month-end/quarter-close activities.
  • •Own forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis while driving compliance.
  • •Provide Finance support to a VP in Engineering and manage a budget of approximately $48M per quarter.
  • •Model headcount costs and discretionary spend to identify opportunities to pull back or accelerate spend.
  • •Deliver proactive updates on actual spend and bottoms-up forecasts via monthly presentations and partner with Finance and Engineering Operations to establish best practices.
