Key Responsibilities

  • •Own process characterization and recipe/process optimization to meet yield and quality requirements for advanced NAND technologies.
  • •Quantify benefits of new chemistries, process sequences, or equipment changes and drive early adoption to improve margin and manufacturability.
  • •Independently lead experiments to widen process windows and validate next-node solutions.
  • •Lead cross-functional troubleshooting and integration to improve yield and quality; translate future device needs into process requirements.
  • •Design and implement advanced monitoring and control methodologies within module scope and ensure technical documentation and compliance with IP policy.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (≥3 yrs), or Master’s (≥5 yrs), or Bachelor’s (≥7 yrs) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • •Strong foundation in chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transport.
  • •Must have technical skills using DOE/SPC and data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) to analyze experimental outcomes.
  • •Working knowledge of memory process flow (planar + vertical NAND context).
  • •Cross-functional collaboration and concise communication while prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
