Support senior cost managers on real estate projects by assisting with cost estimating and benchmarking, preparing cost plans and tender documentation, analysing tenders and variations, and producing monthly cost reports to help manage budgets and final accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Commission Manager on tasks including background research, data collection and benchmarking; estimate and produce cost plans; compile and amend tender lists; draft procurement documentation; check and analyse tenders; draft tender reports.
•Deal with variations and the change control processes; negotiate less financially significant or complex matters; conduct cost checks and valuations; draft monthly reports; analyse numbers for final accounts; liaise with clients, contractors and designers.
•Prepare presentation materials for client pitches and input key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database.
•Support cost management on a range of projects of all sizes and dimensions under supervision.
•Collaborate with Senior Cost Managers to ensure accurate cost management and reporting across assignments.

Key Requirements

•University degree in construction related engineering (structural, building, electrical, HVAC) or architecture
•English and Italian language skills required
•Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
•High level of numerical reasoning and analytical skills
•IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
