IT Ops Engineer

Own reliable IT infrastructure and support for Fresha’s international workforce in Prishtina. You’ll maintain an ISO27001-certified environment, manage onboarding/offboarding device setup, handle global laptop deployment, and ensure network connectivity across multiple sites. Partner with Security and Compliance on investigations and incident response, resolve onsite IT issues, optimize system performance, and coordinate vendors to procure office technology and keep meeting room standards and documentation up to date.
