Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive technology design, implementation, execution, and/or optimization for customer projects/accounts to accelerate outcomes.
  • •Provide or assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies.
  • •Apply the LCS framework to support deployment of service provider solutions tailored to customer environments.
  • •Support presale activities by translating business requirements into solution design and jointly creating/reviewing design and implementation/change management plans.
  • •Build customer simulations in test labs and act as a focal point for resolving moderate-to-major customer problems across relevant technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in Japanese (JLPT-N1 or equivalent highly desired) and able to work with Japanese companies and business culture.
  • •2-3 years of relevant experience across the network technical lifecycle (Planning, Design, Implementation, Optimization) for service provider solutions, including at least 1 year with service provider projects using routers and switches.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end service provider architectures with a baseline focus on routers/switches and service provider technologies.
  • •Knowledge of service provider core protocols/technologies such as OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, L2VPN, SD-WAN, and Traffic Engineering.
  • •Associate-level certification (e.g., CCNA) or equivalent desired; CCNP or higher is a plus.
