Job Summary

Own client satisfaction, retention, and growth for an assigned portfolio by driving account management and maintaining client account profiles, strategies, and service delivery plans. Key Requirements

•Proficient with use of telephone and voice mail, the computer, and other office equipment; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
•Must possess a valid driver’s license and be available for local travel.
