Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow the Treasury fixed income investment portfolio by sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments to optimize returns within approved risk limits.
  • •Assess and balance risk and reward across Treasury investment and structuring activities in line with the Group’s Risk Appetite and Financial Limits.
  • •Structure investment and yield products with internal stakeholders and counterparties to bring structured solutions to market.
  • •Design and structure Bitcoin-referenced products for yield, hedging, and investment structures aligned with the Bank’s Bitcoin-first strategy.
  • •Execute and manage OTC Bitcoin trades and FX flows, maintaining counterparty relationships and ensuring best execution, while supporting trading discipline and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •CFA or CIMA (or similar) qualification preferred.
  • •Proven experience managing a fixed income portfolio, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments.
  • •Experience structuring Treasury investment and yield products, ideally including Bitcoin-referenced structures.
  • •Strong OTC Bitcoin and FX trading/flow experience with understanding of market execution and price discovery.
  • •Must have crypto experience and demonstrate strong risk-reward judgment within approved risk appetite and financial limits.
