Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, negotiate, and formalize retail leasing transactions within the assigned portfolio.
  • •Source and negotiate prime real estate for existing and new brands and execute leasing terms.
  • •Perform lease administration tasks including contract/legal reviews, payment processing, and documentation tracking.
  • •Run leasing reporting and provide insights to management and stakeholders; analyze portfolio performance and negotiate rental reductions.
  • •Develop and enhance leasing department policies/processes and support feasibility reports for new projects presented to the Retail Investment Committee.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail leasing or real estate management, preferably in a multinational company.
