Job Summary

Join the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) organization to design, architect, and build AI-powered software products and scalable platforms for Visa’s commercial payment and money movement systems. •Design and architect AI-powered solutions to address engineering productivity and customer-facing needs across CMS.
•Lead technical initiatives using agentic AI, LLMs, and machine learning to automate workflows and improve software quality.
•Collaborate with product teams to create design artifacts and develop robust, best-in-class software solutions for Visa offerings.
•Drive experimentation with emerging AI technologies and make adoption/standards decisions.
•Develop and deliver new end-to-end features and scalable platforms integrating AI into Visa’s commercial payment and money movement systems.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree (or 2 years with a PhD), OR 11+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLMs, or generative AI applications (e.g., Claude, GPT).
•Knowledge of AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and/or building similar systems.
•Understanding of commercial payments and money movement (B2B payables or payment processing).
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures, plus knowledge of API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
