  • •Lead customer-sponsored acceptance tests by analyzing test objectives and managing resources, priorities, and test scope.
  • •Scale novel capabilities into operational use by coordinating delivery across manufacturing, supply chain, and account teams.
  • •Author end-to-end sustainment processes, including customer outreach, servicing, product revisioning, and RMA.
  • •Build trust with teammates, vendors, partners, customers, and users; brief senior leaders and communicate risks and expectations.
  • •Develop deep mission expertise and proactively communicate mission requirements and trade-offs to engineering and sales decision makers.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering technology to government organizations or large commercial institutions.
  • •Proven experience leading a technical team of peers to field hardware and software products in real operating environments.
  • •Proven experience taking a product from 1 to 100 and beyond.
  • •5+ years work experience in a technology company or in a technical implementation team developing integrated hardware and software products.
  • •Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and support underway operations onboard vessels if required.
