Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in designing and setting up operating model elements for Alternatives portfolio/fund structures in collaboration with Operational Design and Delivery.
  • •Support updates to existing operating models to reflect new services, processes, and controls.
  • •Contribute to development of a global effective operating framework with complexity/risk assessment and comprehensive documentation.
  • •Drive end-to-end process mapping in close engagement with functional architecture, and 1st and 2nd line of Defence risk and controls.
  • •Engage third-party providers and assess their product and technology services related to Alternatives capabilities during initial set-up and ongoing.
  • •Support inorganic initiatives and operational due diligence for new counterparties, including integration impact/cost assessment and risk/issues management.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience with Alternatives products, preferably within investment operations or equivalent middle office services in asset management.
  • •Experience with operational risk management in a changing environment.
  • •Project management, organisational, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to meet deadlines efficiently and accurately.
  • •Experience dealing with outsourced service providers.
  • •Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
