Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior contractor representative and primary point of contact for day-to-day contract execution, maintaining knowledge of the PWS, contract, modifications, deliverables, and federal regulations.
  • •Direct contract activities to meet cost, schedule, quality, safety, and performance parameters; monitor contract performance and elevate emerging issues in a no-surprises approach.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight of the facilities operations and maintenance effort, including preventive/corrective maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, documentation, and emergency/mission-critical response capabilities.
  • •Implement and maintain quality control and safety/environmental compliance programs, including inspections, trend and root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and OSHA/EPA compliance.
  • •Manage property/asset accountability and financial/business performance, oversee subcontractor/vendor performance, and establish performance metrics/reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,640 - 171,394 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent per contract).
  • •8–10 years of progressively responsible facilities/operations/maintenance or government contract management experience with demonstrated leadership of complex facility operations.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance and operations organizations.
  • •Experience managing Federal Government contracts, preferably DoD, DHS, Federal law-enforcement, military installation, or other large government facilities programs.
  • •Working knowledge across facilities operations & maintenance, preventive/corrective maintenance, CMMS/work-order management, quality control, OSHA/safety management, government contracting, labor relations, property management, emergency preparedness, subcontractor management, and financial/cost management.
