Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the long-term IAM product strategy and multi-year roadmap to reduce security risk and improve operational efficiency.
•Drive adoption of AI-powered identity capabilities to improve governance, automation, and decision-making while accelerating identity program maturity.
•Lead cross-functional delivery of strategic identity initiatives aligned to business outcomes across Security, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Business teams.
•Establish data-driven visibility into identity risk with actionable insights and performance measures for continuous improvement.
•Champion innovative, friction-right identity experiences that balance security, compliance, and usability to strengthen trust and adoption.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security product initiatives with measurable outcomes across stakeholders.
•Deep expertise across IAM domains including authentication, authorization, identity governance and administration, privileged access management, directory services, machine identity, and modern identity protocols.
•Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in security/identity environments, including governance, risk management, automation, and performance measurement.
•Product leadership experience building business cases, defining objectives and key results, prioritizing roadmaps, and driving execution alignment.
•Strong communication and influencing skills to translate complex technical concepts into executive-ready recommendations.
