2nd Shift- Refrigeration Technician

Maintain, operate, inspect, and repair ammonia refrigeration equipment for a poultry processing plant on 2nd shift. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, test and inspect equipment against manufacturer specifications, and troubleshoot compressor room issues using blueprints and diagrams. Record system readings, identify unsafe conditions, and keep operating manuals and procedures. Assist with training entry-level personnel while following safety, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and all local/state/federal requirements.
