Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the internal data platform end to end (Snowflake architecture, sizing and cost; dbt transformations; Dagster orchestration standards).
  • •Own ingestion tooling and reverse ETL using Fivetran, Sling, dlt, AWS DMS, Hightouch, and Census.
  • •Define warehouse access controls and security as MCPs expand data access.
  • •Design systems to reduce cross-team dependencies, reduce ingestion debt, and implement a clear change-data-capture approach.
  • •Ensure platform reliability with Dagster+ alerting, data quality, and cost; manage backlog ingestion and growth-related work.
