Lead end-to-end HR Technology for the HR domain, owning SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications and ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, high-performing services. Govern HR master data and compliance, manage global payroll providers and vendors, and champion Agile/DevSecOps product-centric delivery with CI/CD, observability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end HR Technology landscape across SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HR application ecosystem.
•Own SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, SAP BTP, integrations, identity services, and payroll interfaces.
•Drive HR digitalization across Hire-to-Retire by simplifying, standardizing, automating, and improving processes and user experiences using AI, workflow automation, and self-service.
•Govern HR master data, integrations, security, compliance, reporting, and analytics to ensure data quality, privacy, regulatory adherence, and workforce insights.
•Manage global payroll providers, technology vendors, implementation partners, and managed services; lead CI/CD, observability, automation, testing, and continuous improvement using Agile/DevSecOps/product-centric ways of working.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, Business Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years supporting enterprise HR Technology platforms with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and cloud-based HCM solutions.
•Strong knowledge of global HR processes and technologies across Hire-to-Retire (Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and related SAP offerings).
•Proven experience managing HR integrations, payroll providers, identity services, APIs/middleware, and data governance with security and compliance.
•Experience delivering application roadmaps and digital transformation using workflow automation, AI-enabled HR solutions, and CI/CD/observability practices.
