CSR/Teller - Butternut Drive (Holland, MI) - Full Time

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions as a CSR/Teller, listening to customers’ needs and guiding them to the right financial solutions. Follow up on questions, maintain confidentiality, and operate with accountability for risk management. Handle daily office responsibilities, balance cash records, and refer customers to bankers and business partners using appropriate tracking tools.
