Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and distribute monthly invoices, including fixed subscription fees and variable usage-based charges.
  • •Validate billing inputs by reconciling usage data with contracted pricing and customer agreements.
  • •Review contracts and order forms to ensure accurate billing setup (pricing tiers, minimums, overages, discounts).
  • •Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies across usage data, CRM records, and invoicing systems.
  • •Support month-end close with billing reports, reconciliations, variance analysis, and revenue recognition alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.

  • •Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue strongly preferred (ZoneBilling also desirable).
