Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and repair complex hydraulic and plumbing issues across assigned sites.
  • •Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing-related equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, and water tanks.
  • •Attend and resolve plumbing and mechanical emergencies, including on-call duties.
  • •Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by the Maintenance Team.
  • •Provide technical guidance and training to operations and maintenance staff, and maintain completion/documentation reports.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience as a Plumber in building maintenance, property management, or facilities management environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, pumps, control panel boards, hydraulics, and water distribution/tanks.
  • •Hands-on plumbing expertise to manage complex systems.
  • •Diploma or professional certification in Mechanical Systems.
  • •Valid UAE Driver’s License.
