Respond to plumbing and mechanical emergencies (including on-call), supervise maintenance work performed by the maintenance team, and provide technical guidance and training. Keep accurate documentation for emergencies and completed maintenance while ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and repair complex hydraulic and plumbing issues across assigned sites.
•Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing-related equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, and water tanks.
•Attend and resolve plumbing and mechanical emergencies, including on-call duties.
•Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by the Maintenance Team.
•Provide technical guidance and training to operations and maintenance staff, and maintain completion/documentation reports.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience as a Plumber in building maintenance, property management, or facilities management environments.
•Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, pumps, control panel boards, hydraulics, and water distribution/tanks.
•Hands-on plumbing expertise to manage complex systems.
•Diploma or professional certification in Mechanical Systems.
•Valid UAE Driver’s License.
