Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, build, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical components and integrated systems.
  • •Lead technician staff in production and delivery through factory acceptance.
  • •Ensure safety and standard work are followed; audit work area safety and drive efficiency improvements.
  • •Prioritize operators’ work to meet on-time delivery targets and handle multiple priorities.
  • •Complete daily transactions in MES/ERP tools and provide production status reporting on progress, blockers, risks, and needs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields.
  • •Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience working with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau).
  • •Understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), Lean manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
  • •Ability to interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, work instructions, building plans, equipment specs, electrical schematics).
