Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker, building trusted relationships with individuals and small businesses and delivering plan-based financial advice. Assess client needs and opportunities, recommend investment and insurance solutions, and refer to specialized teams as appropriate. Grow a referral pipeline using disciplined prospecting and centers of influence, support branch operations and teller transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ personal, professional, and financial outcomes.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and deliver customized recommendations through investment and insurance referrals.
•Maintain sales and referral activity, behavior, and outcome goals, including documenting calling efforts and prospecting.
•Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts, support branch operations and teller transactions as needed, and assist with morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
