Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the venue safe and clean by cleaning/disinfecting fixtures and restrooms, keeping guest areas free of trash, and restocking hygiene and paper supplies.
  • •Maintain neat, orderly work areas and clean equipment; assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
  • •Participate in the venue’s sustainability program (e.g., waste sorting and recycling) and help educate fans about efforts.
  • •Partner with the team to close the venue after shows, including collecting recyclables and properly storing event equipment.
  • •Perform maintenance tasks including reading manuals/work orders, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, replacing parts, adjusting equipment, and running preventive maintenance; also perform plumbing maintenance and carpentry.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship (or equivalent production maintenance experience).
  • •Ability to work independently and stay highly motivated.
  • •Must be able to constantly walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry 50 lbs+ (occasional sitting).
  • •Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
  • •Comfort performing basic machinist and mechanic tasks for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
