Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a Production Department Owner, taking full accountability for the UI tech group’s schedule and delivery pipeline.
  • •Collaborate with other producers to organize, track, and manage schedules, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily task tracking.
  • •Predict, identify, and propose solutions for project and personnel risks early; manage feature or scope creep and prevent unplanned development.
  • •Proactively plan and optimize delivery, keep client groups updated on major developments, and resolve issues to improve efficiency.
  • •Maintain constant cross-team communication and organize departmental updates; monitor execution signals and flag issues to team leaders.
