Relationship Banker / Senior Relationship Banker - Northside Parkway

Provide an industry-leading client service experience in-branch and by phone while building and expanding relationships with consumer and small business clients. Use consultative conversations to identify needs, recommend appropriate deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement products, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Support teller duties as needed, maintain strong service and sales routines, and help meet individual and branch sales targets through ongoing product and sales training.
