Job Summary

Serve as a functional HR specialist for India Engineering & Technology Centers, combining people analytics, AI initiatives, and HR operations. Build HR dashboards and predictive models (e.g., attrition risk and workforce planning), lead an AI pilot for HR, and support HRBP deliverables. Maintain HR standard work, manage HR data/reporting and compliance, and drive HR projects such as competency and career progression frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain HR dashboards and people analytics reports across talent, engagement, retention, and capability, translating data into business impact insights.
•Develop predictive analytics models for attrition risk, capability gap analysis, and workforce planning, and support the India HR Director’s data-driven reporting framework.
•Lead the India HR AI pilot initiative, evaluate tools, drive HR adoption within IT-defined guidelines, and implement AI-powered tools for talent acquisition support, learning personalization, and HR operations.
•Manage HR operational processes including data management, reporting cycles, compliance tracking, and drive completion of PDC (Performance & Development Connection).
•Partner with HRBPs on HR projects such as rollout of the Technical Competency Framework, Career Progression Framework, talent review preparation, and other assigned HR initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Over 10+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and IT/ITES companies.
•Postgraduate degree in business management with a specialization in HR.
•Experience in HR data analytics and building HR dashboards.
•Experience leveraging AI for HR (including leading AI use cases and adoption).
•Experience working with Workday HCM.
