Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and communicate current Active Directory security and evolution challenges to support pre-sales activities, RFPs, and scoping.
  • •Assess and improve clients’ AD security posture by analyzing configurations, identifying attack paths, reducing exposure, and increasing resilience.
  • •Define scalable AD security strategies based on best practices and tailored to business and IT needs.
  • •Guide client teams end-to-end from needs and risk analysis through implementation, industrialization, and ongoing operations (run).
  • •Design and deploy concrete AD security measures including AD DS hardening, tiering/separation of privileges, PAM/PIM (PAW/SAW), and Zero Trust/Least Privilege integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an Active Directory security expert across Microsoft on-premises and hybrid environments.
  • •Ability to evaluate, harden, and modernize AD environments through security posture analysis and attack-path assessment.
  • •Strong understanding of hybrid identity concepts, including Entra ID / Azure AD and Zero Trust principles.
  • •Capability to define and apply evolving AD security strategies aligned with best practices (e.g., Microsoft, ANSSI, CIS, NIST).
  • •Knowledge of security hardening areas such as AD DS hardening, tiering/separation of privileges, PAM/PIM (PAW/SAW), and Least Privilege/Zero Trust integration.
