Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide efficient, effective, and accurate teller services in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker for deeper conversations.
  • •Process cash transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer within guidelines.
  • •Attend morning huddles/end-of-day debriefs, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, and work Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 18 - 23.08 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience in a client service role.
  • •Experience with cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Notary license (preferred).
