Key Responsibilities

•Follow Kempinski Policies & Procedures and maintain professional conduct.
•Maintain a professional, confidential and ethical approach and follow the Kempinski code of conduct.
•Perform spot checks of the receiving of goods and verify delivery accuracy.
•Perform spot checks in the culinary area to verify yielding and wastage.
•Verify that food recipes are accurate with updated cost and sale prices, and ensure compliance during preparation.

•An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors
