Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and operational excellence at a Coach retail location. Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver high-quality customer experiences, while resolving customer issues and serving as a brand ambassador. Recruit, onboard, and coach team members, and help execute omni-channel and clienteling initiatives. Ensure compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards.
