Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service to visitors and represent the organization internally and externally with professionalism.
  • •Maintain scheduling, monitor critical meetings, and handle guest admissions and visitor/appointment logs.
  • •Manage confidential correspondence by distributing, recording, filing, screening, and ensuring traceability for the supervisor’s office.
  • •Ensure timely distribution of documents and disseminate mails to the department; deliver and receive couriers/packages on time.
  • •Collate data and prepare reports, memos, and presentations on request; support HSE initiatives and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years of relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Strong office administration knowledge and experience with delegation of authority and responsibility.
  • •High proficiency in English (oral and written) and excellent information gathering/monitoring.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and Word (computer office applications).
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
