Job Summary

Serve as a regional security executive and primary authority for security risk management, life safety, and emergency response across assigned Pratt & Whitney sites. Provide strategic governance and threat management, standardize security protocols, oversee site resiliency for construction and upgrades, and coordinate crisis management with BRCM and local SIST teams. Lead protection for events and executive services, mentor site-level personnel, and develop training curricula while maintaining a 24/7 intelligence-ready security posture.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and coordinate security operations across the assigned region to protect high-value assets, proprietary information, and personnel.
•Serve as primary Behavioral SME for the regional Threat Management Team (TMT) and lead workplace threat assessments and high-risk separations.
•Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis to align security offerings with broader business strategy.
•Lead security for trade shows, special events, board meetings, and other executive services, and oversee security lifecycle for facility construction and upgrades.
•Manage complex investigative support efforts and coordinate crisis management with BRCM and Site Incident Support Teams (SIST), including 24/7 liaison with law enforcement and intelligence counterparts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience.
•Experience developing, implementing, and managing corporate security programs, including SOPs and process documentation.
•Active U.S. government issued Secret level security clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
•Experience coordinating security operations and developing regional security governance to align offerings with business strategy.
•Experience providing confidential investigative support and coordinating crisis management and emergency response processes.
