Job Summary

Lead delivery of Three Waters projects for WSP’s Hawke’s Bay team, managing quality, programme, financial and client objectives across the full project lifecycle. Provide senior leadership to project teams, manage scope, resources, risk and commercial performance, and monitor financials through reviews and corrective actions. Strengthen client relationships, support bids and proposals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and promote continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead successful delivery of Three Waters projects, ensuring quality, programme, financial and client objectives are achieved.
•Act as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director, providing leadership, direction and support to project teams.
•Manage project scope, resources, risk, programme and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
•Monitor project financials, undertake project reviews and implement corrective actions to optimise outcomes.
•Build and strengthen client relationships and lead bids, proposals and business development initiatives across the Three Waters sector.

Key Requirements

•Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management or a related discipline.
•Approximately 8+ years of professional project management experience, ideally within civil infrastructure or Three Waters projects.
•Strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
•Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful outcomes for clients.
•Current full New Zealand driver’s licence.
