Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and scale a robust Cypress/Playwright test automation framework for the Pronto platform and roll it out across the department.
•Oversee automation of the regression testing suite to cover critical paths and prevent new features from breaking existing functionality.
•Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows (e.g., test data generation, environment setup, reporting) to reduce manual testing while maintaining coverage.
•Analyze test results, identify defects, document them in DevOps/GitHub, and work with developers to verify fixes.
•Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide testing estimates and flag quality risks early; identify new tools/technologies to improve quality.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in QA Automation and converting manual test cases into automated scripts.
•Experience developing and scaling a test automation framework using Cypress and/or Playwright for regression testing.
•Knowledge of Java (or another OO language), software development/issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, MS DevOps), and source code management (e.g., Git).
•Solid understanding of SQL for test data verification, plus experience with web services (SOAP/REST/JSON) and XML/XSLT.
•A formal degree in Computing Science (or equivalent experience), with knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong communication skills.
