Job Summary

Join the DevOps squad to lead CI/CD and site reliability initiatives that improve platform resilience and scalability. You’ll optimize and implement CI/CD pipelines, build Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning, and identify automation opportunities. Partner across squads, write post-mortems, and mentor engineers through PR reviews and feedback. You’ll also run POCs for new CI/CD and automation technologies using cloud and observability tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
•Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
•Maintain platform resilience by avoiding unplanned or uncommunicated changes to CI/CD.
•Write post-mortem documentation and provide technical consultation to engineers across squads.
•Mentor engineers through PR reviews and feedback, and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 8+ years of relevant experience.
•Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Argo and Codefresh.
•Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and experience automating deployments and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
•Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, plus service mesh experience such as Istio.
•Ability to mentor engineers and provide constructive feedback; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
