Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate construction activities on site, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules.
  • •Oversee and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and equipment to meet safety, quality, and timeline goals.
  • •Prepare and maintain construction documentation, reports, and Gantt charts; participate in progress reviews and client updates.
  • •Lead constructability workshops and coordinate with Wood engineers on plan adjustments and corrective actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with technical specifications, provide on-site technical guidance, and support PEM and O&R turnover for commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience in projects.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Ejecución (Ingeniero civil or ejecución).
  • •Availability for field/in-site work.
  • •Knowledge of Primavera P6.
  • •Knowledge of BIM (including Navisworks).
