Key Responsibilities

•Act as a technical architect for SUSE technologies, providing strategic guidance and expertise to customers.
•Work with customers to design and deploy solutions based on SUSE technologies, ensuring their successful implementation.
•Carry out advanced hands-on configuration and coding activities as required to address customer requirements.
•Own entire customer engagement, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction (scope and timeline).
•Understand feature requests and advocate for customers with Product Management and/or Engineering, influencing product development.

Key Requirements

•Automation scripting for system configurations and deployments.
•Strong technical architecture and solution design for SUSE technologies.
•Experience with Linux distributions, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
•Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
•Mentoring abilities and capability to lead complex engagements.
