Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, level, and anchor heavy-duty framing and wall-mount structures according to structural blueprints.
  • •Install LED cabinets and pixel modules with absolute precision to prevent gaps, warped edges, or pixel damage.
  • •Pull, route, tie, and terminate Cat6/fiber data cables and power lines from controllers to the display.
  • •Commission and calibrate video wall processors, adjust color uniformity/brightness, and ensure correct seam alignment.
  • •Troubleshoot signal flow issues on-site (EDID handshakes, power supply failures, dead pixel modules) and provide documentation and client training.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of hands-on experience installing and commissioning Direct View LED (dvLED) or modular video walls.
  • •Ability to assemble, level, and anchor framing/mounting systems using structural blueprints and install wall-mount brackets.
  • •Strong skills in pulling, routing, tying, and terminating low-voltage data cables (Cat6, fiber) and power lines from controllers to the display.
  • •Proficiency configuring and calibrating video wall processors and sending/receiving cards (e.g., NovaStar, Brompton, Colorlight, scalers).
  • •Comfort working at heights and in tight spaces, with excellent fine-motor skills and visual acuity for pixel-perfect alignment; AVIXA CTS/CTS-I and manufacturer LED certifications are highly preferred.
