Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with small to medium proposal activities, LOIs, SOQs, and support capture teams with pre-RFP planning.
  • •Create proposal schedules/templates, develop compliance matrices, and support content development, production, and delivery.
  • •Participate in color reviews and coordinate proposal review meetings to ensure client requirements are met.
  • •Support Go/No Go and greenlight analyses and maintain CRM data content as needed.
  • •Engage in internal debriefs and ensure adherence to company quality procedures and self-check work before submission.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
