Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
  • •Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • •Assist with diagnosing equipment issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
  • •Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA standards.
  • •Organize and manage maintenance parts, tools, and materials; communicate with supervisors/operators to support production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •1-2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment (preferred).
  • •Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and willingness to continue learning.
  • •Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment; ability to learn hydraulic/pneumatic operation.
  • •Ability to learn precision measuring techniques (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges) and read basic mechanical drawings/schematics.
