•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while maintaining cleanliness and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
