Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews from initial screen through final loop, balancing complex interviewer and candidate calendars.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates with timely communication, interview confirmations, and logistical details.
•Partner with Office and IT to coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure technical setup for presentations and events.
•Welcome and assist candidates during onsite interviews to ensure a seamless, positive experience.
•Maintain accurate candidate records and interview data in Greenhouse, keep the activity feed up to date, and support recruiting inbox and administrative tasks.

Salary: USD 59,000 - 88,500 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3+ years of recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, executive support, or similar high-volume coordination experience.
•1+ year using Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
•Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
•Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset for candidates and stakeholders.
