Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MEP BIM coordination across projects, owning the BIM execution strategy and coordination approach from design through construction support.
  • •Provide technical leadership to BIM team members and serve as the primary BIM interface with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • •Review and approve BIM coordination work across MEP disciplines, including model exchange and federation workflows.
  • •Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, model quality audits, compliance checks, and project-specific standards.
  • •Conduct clash detection and model coordination checks, lead interdisciplinary clash resolution workshops, and produce technical reports and model coordination documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP BIM Coordination within a building services consultancy.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP building services systems and how they are represented in BIM.
  • •Proficiency in Revit (MEP), Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / ACC; Dynamo is advantageous.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 / LOD standards, with experience in clash detection and model coordination workflows.
