  • •Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure implementation of the new organization via the QMT project.
  • •Guarantee delivery compliance for your perimeter, upholding safety, quality, and cost targets alongside on-time aircraft delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in a production or industrial environment (FAL, manufacturing plant) with proven team management skills.
  • •Solid knowledge of project management and strong expertise in operational quality processes.
  • •Ability to prioritize and make swift decisions in a dynamic environment, driving change with strong analytical skills and rigor.
  • •Native or fluent French and intermediate professional English (aeronautical technical English preferred).
  • •Flexibility for shift work and rotating weekend schedules (rotating weekend shifts / occasional weekend cover).
